2. Data I collect

Navigation data: when you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information is collected such as pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, and an anonymised IP address.

Data you provide voluntarily: the email address you enter in the newsletter sign-up form.

Technical/necessary cookies: essential to the functioning of the site (for example to remember your chosen language and your cookie preferences). No consent required.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): set only after your consent. You can accept or reject them via the banner, and change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

4. Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. It is activated only after consent and uses cookies to collect aggregated statistics; the IP address is processed in anonymised form.

5. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

The newsletter is managed through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA). The email you provide is used solely to send you my updates. Sign-up uses double opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

6. Embedded third-party services

Events calendar (Luma): the events section shows a calendar embedded from Lu.ma. By loading this content, Luma may collect technical data and set its own cookies. Policy: https://lu.ma/privacy.

Booking (Neetocal): the “Book a conversation” buttons link to the Neetocal booking platform, where any data is processed under the provider’s policy.

Google Fonts: the typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which may involve your IP address being communicated to Google.

7. Legal basis and purposes

Technical cookies and handling your requests: legitimate interest and performance of a service you requested. Analytics cookies and newsletter sign-up: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

8. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Google, Intuit/Mailchimp, Luma) are based or host data in the United States. Transfers take place under the safeguards required by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

9. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics. The newsletter email is kept until you remain subscribed or until you request deletion.
